Orthoptics

Boston University Eye Associates Orthoptic Service offers evaluation and non surgical treatment of disorders of binocular vision, eye movement, eye alignment, complex strabismus and visual acuity in non verbal and verbal patients.

Orthoptic consultations are made through a referring doctor – such as ophthalmologists, neurologists, neuro-surgeons or optometrists – when their patients have issues that they want addressed.

We offer Amblyopia therapy, Prism therapy for strabismus and convergence insufficiency exercises.
